[生活] 有了在工作时越困越精神体质

工作时困的表现:

  1. 无法持续专注做一件事
  2. 时不时搞一些事情,如去和别的同事聊天(老家话:撩鸡逗狗)
  3. 头脑风暴想各种乱七八糟的事情(当然,正向、与工作相关为主)

下班后困的表现:

  1. 开车时睡觉
  2. 特别困时容易对孩子的哭闹声烦躁

自我总结是,内心形成了一套应对困的方法,每次比较困的时候都选择去做一些(在公司时,与工作有关的)有意思的事情调动自己的多巴胺,让自己重新精神/重新专注起来,比如我再困再累都愿意并且主动挑起与同事第二天做百公里骑行

以后困了还是多放空放空自己吧,昨天开着辅助驾驶开睡着了碰到了施工路段差点撞上去,不敢睡了 = =
