[iCloud] iCloud 大概有 200G 的照片和视频，想要全部下载到移动硬盘里面

iPhone 储存空间仅剩 80G ，连接移动硬盘后直接从相册全选后保存到硬盘会不会导致存储不足死机？
iCloud 网页选择导出数据，这个之前试过，一直报错，网上也没有好的解决方法。
而且相册中的视频，如果已经存到 iCloud 内了，分享给别人时会默认使用 iCloud 链接，但是每次都说生成链接失败之类的，是不是国区 iCloud 禁用了这个链接分享功能。
求大佬解惑
