[问与答] chrome 浏览器到底怎么设置才能用 fiddler 抓包？

心态已经被彻彻底底的搞没了。
fiddler 的证书已经安装了，浏览器也安装了证书。
但是开启 fiddler 以后，chrome 浏览器还是报证书不安全这个错误，谷歌根本搜不到有用的信息，全都是过时的信息，请问有老哥能告诉一下解决办法么？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
