请问各位大佬，怎么解决。有没有懂的：

3D 验证，银行那边用非标准端口，直接阻止。忽略风险进去也无法加载，手机这边确认 3D 支付也无法跳转。错误提示:

位于 https://mdpay.fibank.bg:8446/browser 的网页无法加载，因为：

net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
