[问与答] 想搞个经营贷置换房贷，请问通过中介转经营贷有哪些坑？有哪些注意事项？

看到现在经营贷很便宜只有 2.7%（据说还有更低的？）。想申请经营贷置换房贷节约一些利息。
想问下：
自己名下没有公司，是否只能通过中介来房贷转经营贷？
坐标深圳，中介最低能谈到多少费用？和中介打交道有哪些坑？
整个转经营贷的过程中有哪些注意事项和风险？应该如何规避？
