现在上海电信 pcdn 对应网段最新情况如下： 后续发现新的会进行补充。 180.173. 101.81. 116.231. 116.226.
218.1. 218.78. 61.173. 222.68. 1.网络问题

现在发现部分网段存在异常。 1.1.1.1 8.8.8.8 这 2 个 ip 要么 ping 不通。要么路由异常。

bt 上传速率限速 5M 以下（测速都正常） 线程数没有测试。

ipv6 地址前缀锁定。

2.其他问题 mtu 值变更为 1442 （需要关注）
