[Windows] WSA 不能备份微信聊天记录

WSA 上的微信没法备份/迁移聊天记录到电脑或手机上，会提示不在同一网络环境。。。

试了用手机开热点，电脑连，不行。 试了用电脑开热点，手机连，也不行。 （都是因为 wsa wifi 是 FakeWifi ，跟手机不在同一网络）

有没有大佬知道怎么迁移到手机呢？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
