B 公司由 A 公司 100%持股

C 公司

C 公司是 B 公司分支机构

甲乙双方签合同甲方是 C 公司，工作地址就是C 公司的注册地址，请问

  1. 这种情况是外包吗？
  2. 简历上面可以写 A 公司吗？或者写 C 公司（ A 公司），这样可以吗？
