请问各位，有什么 MacOS 上好用的屏幕截图取词软件？

需求是：先对屏幕截图，然后把截图里的文字全部识别，并放到剪贴板里。

最理想的流程是，框选一部分屏幕，然后直接粘贴（ command+v ）出所有文字。

各位能推荐一下这种软件吗？

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
