新支持 SwiftUISkia.Image 并且支持 blur grayscale brighten invert 等滤镜相关属性

不过目前 swiftui-skia 仍然是一个实验项目，因为多平台编译的原因推荐通过 Rust workspace install 再进行 Swift Add Package Dependency 使用。
