[VPS] 有适合建站和内网穿透的韩国/香港 VPS 推荐吗

目的

用来放点个人博客这样的轻量级网站，顺便做个 Zerotier 组网，用这台机器作为 web 入口给家里的服务器暴露服务，

为什么不选国内服务器

因为备案麻烦, 带宽太小

要求

不需要太高的带宽 能有 30Mbps~50Mbps 的带宽就行 延迟< 200ms 感觉就可以了，不用来做科学，所以感觉是不是 CN2 GIA 没什么所谓，当然 CN2 GIA 应该就比较贵了,硬件配置的话 感觉没什么要求 2C1G 50G 硬盘就可以了

预算

大概就二百到四百 RMB 一年吧

有没有大手子给我推荐一下
