[Synology] 群晖上自建 rustdesk 服务器，但无法访问外网设备

试了各种教程，所有设备都填写了 ID 和 KEY ，端口也做了转发。 内网设备互相访问没问题，外网设备访问内网设备也都没问题。但无法访问外网的设备，比如连接蜂窝网络的手机和办公室的电脑。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
