[教育] 现在 2024 年了，还 流行 or 有必要 给自己小孩配置书房吗？

同事 A：小孩明年上初中，我家有个放杂物的房间，现在清理出来了，买了几个书柜，准备给小孩弄成书房，特地买了很多课外书籍，科普读物之类的，一半放学校的书，另一半放学校发的书，再在书柜中间放些装饰物价

同事 B 马上表示反对：现在都 4202 年了，早就不流行书房了，现在的小孩都看手机，刷视频，早就不看实体书了，你买回来多少书他们都不看的，就算对科普感兴趣，现在小孩也是手机网上找视频，根本不看实体书。而且现在实体书，特别科普类的，都是全彩印刷，大量书放一起，有大量的油墨，房间内苯，甲醛等有害气体肯定严重超标

问下，这两个观点哪个比较靠谱
