[哔哩哔哩] 关于 B 站 PC 端的[预言]功能

目前 b 站移动端已经上了，但是 PC 端还没有。我基本用 pc 浏览器，想知道有没有 V 友已经做了插件支持的，没有的话，我考虑弄一个。

相关的 api 项目 https://github.com/SocialSisterYi/bilibili-API-collect ，但是貌似没有预言相关 API 。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
