[宽带症候群] [匪夷所思] 国外线路经由移动回国，居然绕行中国电信？

测试了从移动到国外的线路，发现回程绕行中国电信，是路径被劣化了吗？

之前来去路径测试基本对称，问题发生在昨天。

去程带宽测试，纯移动线路，基本正常。 回程经过电信 transit ，带宽 TCP 打对折，UDP 被严重 QOS 。

是路径被劣化了吗？
