[iOS] iOS 通过 URL Schemes 跳转到其他 App

老铁们好，我在开发一款 iOs App ，希望有个功能能实现跳转到其他笔记类的 App
比如：Obsidian, Notion, 印象笔记等等常用的笔记类 App
用户选定一个笔记 App ，之后单击下按钮，就可以直接跳转到选定的 App

这个功能，据我了解，应该用 URL Schemes 的，但是感觉很难搞
有的 App 没有提供 URL Schemes, 有的需要提供参数
老铁们有没有什么好建议啊

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
