[宽带症候群] 为什么会有人给 Wordpress 配置图床？

昨天在知乎上看到一个讲如何废物利用老设备当服务器的帖子，其中提到他利用服务器搭建了“简单图床”，目的是方便将图片插入到 wordpress 。小弟不解，wordpress 难道不是直接支持上传图片吗？甚至有些支持远程下载的插件方便直接复制，这么做的目的是什么呢？

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
