[硬件] 求推荐一台给小学生使用的笔记本电脑

预算 4000 左右或更便宜的
基本要求：轻薄，质量靠得住，Windows 系统
偏好：屏幕好一点，摄像头好一点，14 寸或 13 寸
性能没太多要求，不玩大型游戏
二手不考虑，老婆说给孩子必须买新的

目前已经了解过的：
华为：实体店看过，没有合适的。
荣耀：实体店看过，质量太差，试了三台，两台摄像头不能用
联想：网上了解，小新好像接近我的需求
惠普：网上了解，战 66 7 代 R7 2.5k 屏比较符合我的需求
