[Chrome] 一个困扰了我多年的问题， chrome 无法复制地址栏中的 url

问题就是无法复制 chrome 地址栏中的 url ，不管是按 ctrl+c 还是鼠标右键复制，在任何别的地方都无法粘贴出来，以前 chrome 还有个分享按钮点了可以直接把 url 写入剪贴板，现在这个按钮也没了，我只能按 f12 然后刷新页面在 network 里复制地址……
不管是家里的电脑还是公司的都有这个问题，你们会这样吗？太奇葩了

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
