[Apple] Xcode 打开项目很大概率无响应

几乎每次打开公司 iOS 项目时都会卡住，转圈圈，等几分钟后才能操作

硬件：m2 pro 芯片 MacBook pro 32G+512G

还有就是 Xcode 运行模拟器时也是很大概率无法正常启动 App ，黑屏

没有安装任何插件

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
