想问问大家，儿童数学应该如何培养？长期计划，贯穿小学 6 年的计划

对于英语，我觉得大家的方法无非是找感兴趣的材料，听，说加坚持，只要持续做，英语素养，预感，一定会看到效果，比如持续实行三年以上

那么对于数学呢，一个长期计划，只要坚持跟着做，就能提升数学的思维，素养。
这样的计划，学习的主题是什么，有这样的教材或者课程 可以跟着做的吗
