[Apple] MacOS 15 beta4 好像修复了之前 Surge 开启时无法使用 iMessage 的 BUG

目前自测正常。

之前 beta1--3 ，开启 surge 的增强模式会导致 iMessage 和短信同步无法使用。

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
