[Apple] 在国区订阅打 app，账号换美区了， app 还需要重新订阅？

为啥 duolingo 就可以，grow 就出问题，infuse 应该也不行

要问为啥这么割裂，国区的 iCloud ， 美区的 Apple One ， 没有美区支付方式，所以 App 订阅能在国区还是国区
