[职场话题] 外包也不好混，一年多快换 3 个项目组了

说是平常不加班比较自由，第一个项目，其他两个外包包括正编的都很卷，内耗严重，不愿意卷的都被干掉了或者不续签了。 第二个项目组 刚参与了一两个月也没出什么大问题，可能第一个项目经理之前对不好的评语跟第二个项目经理说了，也没有做向上管理，今天和说项目预算不足了，不是我态度能力问题，又要换项目了。 第一个项目组表现确实有一些问题，第二个项目我已经充分的反思了，结果又要换组了。 今天我才知道一定要做好向上管理，如果是正编的话某种情况下可以摆烂，但是外包说换就换的
