炒任何菜: (热油爆香蒜末，再加入蔬菜炒软后放盐)

炒任何肉: 生抽 蚝油 料酒 淀粉 (肉切片加入这四样提前腌制 1 分钟) 油 蒜末 老抽 (热油爆香蒜末在下腌制的肉，老抽调色)

煲任何汤: 料酒 姜片 葱段(肉焯水用)盐 红枣 枸杞(还可以放白糖 鸡精提鲜)

任何辣炒类: 白糖一勺 耗油半勺 生抽两勺 姜片 小米辣蒜末 火锅底料一小块

嘎嘎好吃,嘎嘎香,特别是炒肉 一定先用生抽或酱油 然后配合淀粉拌一拌静置一下,然后倒入热油锅 15 秒捞起剩下炒菜备用,炒出来的肉菜嘎嘎好吃😋
