[iOS] 各位有没有遇到过，拨打电话时，系统自动打开免提

iPhone 14pm ，目前最新的 17.5.1 ，不知道什么时候开始，拨打电话自动就把免提打开了，好几次毫无防备的轰得耳朵疼。需要重启才能恢复正常，但好像过一阵子又会出现

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
