[问与答] vscdoe 有没有创建文件时，自动生成 shebang 的功能啊？

以前用 pycharm 是有的，还能配置变量自动获取时间，项目等挺方便好用。最近切到 vscdoe 却没有比较好的支持这个的，看了几个扩展和 snipp ，似乎都有问题，会影响正常编码

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
