[硬件] 蓝屏问题求助

笔记本型号为 GA401IV4800, 幻 14(2020) R7-4800HS, RTX 2060 Max-Q, 40G(8+32G)
症状为使用 Telegram 看视频会时不时蓝屏，玩 RPVMV 的游戏小概率闪退，但是网页看视频，mpv 播放本地视频都没问题，玩命运 2 也没问题，甜甜圈和 3DMARK 压力测试没问题，memtest 也没问题，不知道各位知道是什么情况吗
