[Windows] windows11 鼠标卡顿

CPU 占用比较高的时候，一般是操作 jetbrains 的 IDE 或者操作浏览器的场景，会导致鼠标拖动光标的时候非常卡顿，不管是有线还是无线鼠标都一样。操作系统是 windows 11 最新版。大家有遇见过吗？

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
