[问与答] 腾讯云免费 SSL 证书由一年改为 3 个月后，怎么方便的续签证书

目前域名在腾讯云，用的免费的 SSL 证书，同时别的 VPS 上跑了个 vaultwarden 。

以前免费 SSL 证书为一年，每次在腾讯云把证书手动续签后需要重新在 VPS 上跑一下 Caddy 后 vaultwarden 才能生效。（我不懂其中原理，只知道这么操作后才生效）。现在时间变短后实在不想每 3 个月来这么一次。

求指点怎么才可以只用一年操作一次
