[问与答] 公司今天宣布：全面试行年薪总包制

6/4 分，年底发 40%。

原本 30 万的税前薪酬（ 25000x12 ），现在变成 15000x12 ，年底发 120000 。。

很多同事都说是变现降薪了，年底根据公司效益，不发也没什么太大毛病，因为大环境不好，出去机会也不多。。
