[Java] 请教关于用户每日活动推送解决方案

工作中遇到这样一个需求：

  • 系统每天需要定时给全部用户推送活动，每个用户根据目前已持有的活动，推送的内容不同。
  • 目前系统用户在千万级，用户量会持续增长。

目前的实现是根据用户创建时间进行顺序推送（单线程），每次推送下来耗费几小时。

请教下大佬们这种业务场景，有什么好的解决方案没？

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
