[职场话题] 如何和老板谈涨薪

求各位前辈指点迷津

在下 25 岁女生 入职 8 个月了 2 年前端开发 成都一个小公司入职工资 5500 ，有五险不给买公积金…

能力的话自我认知中级 因为目前公司就我一个前端 项目都是独立完成的 不过都是 vue 学的 没怎么用原生 js

公司情况是忙的时候忙死 闲的时候闲死….

目前觉得工资实在太低，想和老板谈涨薪，但是不知能谈什么价比较合理…面试说的三个月一次调薪但是我还没谈过…就一直这样了，目前工作比较轻松如果能谈上去就不是很想跳槽😭

直接要求 50%涨薪会不会有点太快了不合理😫
