[Kubernetes] 用 pingora 做了个集群内前置代理

主要用于 k8s 服务的动态扩缩容（支持 scale-to/from-zero ）。

之前在家庭集群上用 patch 过 websocket 支持的 KEDA http-add-on ，用起来有点别扭，对 http 以外的 trigger 支持很差，官方更新也很慢。于是想到自己做，碰巧 GitHub 给我推了 pingora ，这玩意开发反代服务确实方便。

在家里集群刚刚用起来，功能还很简陋，欢迎提改进意见

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
