[问与答] 有谁用过谷歌的跟踪代码管理器和 cf Zaraz？

谷歌的跟踪代码管理器和 cf Zaraz 类似，都可以嵌入代码。不过不知道比起直接开发时代码里接入谷歌分析和同意屏幕有啥区别。
另外 cf Zaraz 是不是必须用他的小云朵，如果网站用 dns 分流国内使用国内的 cdn ，国外用 cf ，是不是不能用 Zaraz ，用了国外可以使用，国内就没效果了？
