本周阿里云发布公告对公共 DNS 免费版使用政策进行调整，免费版将从 2024 年 9 月 30 日开始按照请求源 IP 进行并发数限制，单个 IP 的请求数超过 20QPS 、UDP/TCP 流量超过 2000bps 将触发限速策略。
