[程序员] Android、iOS 的手写笔记软件用的 API，存储的数据结构是什么样的？

不知道这种手写笔记软件用的是什么 API ？就是很自然的笔触，一条笔画有粗有细。

然后像这类软件一般用什么数据结构存储呢？可以加载的很快，而且只加载视窗显示范围内的数据，还能很好的存储跨平台的额外信息，也有很好的压缩。不过我还没发现跨平台（ Android 、iOS ）的手写笔记软件，可能都是根据各自平台的 SDK 提供的 API 因其而异来设置存储文件的数据结构？
