[硬件] 朋友要配个电脑，能带动 steam，然后还要能直播，平时再剪剪视频，请各位大佬看看下面哪个硬件性价比不太行，推荐下新的？ 感谢

目前总预算除了显示器 12K 左右，加上两个显示器 15K 左右，
很久没有关注这个了，以前直接买的 thinkpad T 系列，自己也没有配过，麻烦各位彦祖有懂行的帮忙看看,感谢

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
