[NAS] 闲置可屏蔽核显的笔记本部署 nas 求方案

笔记本为老神州 z7s3 同模具为 p650re3
可 bios 物理屏蔽核显，最大拓展内存 64gb 2133
只支持一个 nvme m2 固态
（有两个 m2 口，但是全插上两个都会变成 sata 速率）

可插有个 2.5 寸 9mm 机械或者两个 2.5 寸 7mm 固态

目前内存为 16g ，请教的问题是
1. 笔记本安装 pve 还是 exsi 还是直接物理黑群晖（物理黑群晖是不是要一直插上一个 usb 引导）
2.固态购买方案是什么？必须要购买两块相同大小的固态才能组 raid1 是嘛
3.组 raid1 是不是更稳定，如何知道自己笔记本支不支持组 raid1
