[macOS] macOS 除了使用 karabiner 还有其他方式实现 Right-Command + hjkl 修改为方向键吗？

请问各位佬 macOS 除了使用 karabiner 还有其他方式实现 Right-Command + hjkl 修改为方向键吗？ 尝试过使用 Hammerspoon 但是没搞定如何仅使用 right command 。

电脑是公司，好像有组策略的原因导致无法安装 karabiner 。

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
