7 月 2 日停车划到旁边的路虎，车衣掉了一点漆，我留了电话上楼睡觉，凌晨十二点车主打电话给我说要赔 8k 车衣我挂断电话拉黑，当晚我发生事故我车没走就停她旁边，我是临牌车，留了电话在她前挡玻璃，第二天早上车主把车开走了，我也就把车开走了。 7 月 26 日接了交警电话，说对方报警了 7 月 3 日报的警，叫我去交警大队处理或者私下找车主协商，我打电话给车主，车主咨询 4s 点要 2k ，我不同意，对方要我走保险我没保险，只有强险，想问各位哥哥我现该如何是好
