我们客户需要做一个粉丝互动项目，我们的 AI 模型可以用粉丝的图片生成粉丝的人物视频，让这个粉丝站到偶像旁边等，同时还要保障粉丝站的位置是合适的等。
初步整理需求：
1 、实现需提供 Python 程序，需保障程序代码 100%可商用
2 、传入 图片或视频，自动化提取分离出 图片或视频中的人物，如果有多个则分别输出素材
3 、传入 1 ）图片或视频 2 ）多个标记点，一组标记点由 2 组 XY 坐标值和素材组成；生成由标记点的图片或视频在对应 2 组 XY 坐标值占位的图片或视频，并提供图片或视频的流下载。
