[macOS] macOS 通知提示音不完整

似乎是从 macOS14 开始就有的 bug ，具体表现为通知提示的声音被截断或者只有特定频率的声音被播放，初步推测和 AirPods 的自动切换有关，因为感觉在不同设备间自动切换 AirPods 时候发生概率更高，但是不使用 AirPods 的时候也会出现

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
