[程序员] 面向个人的软件, 售后(保修)方面的政策和法律是怎样的?

面向个人销售的软件, 无论是买断制还是订阅制, 按理说都算是商品的一种? 实体商品还有"三包"这样的法律来强制规范其售后/维修服务质量, 那软件商品有没有相关的法律呢? 用户遇到 BUG, 是否有权力要求开发者修复? 如果开发者完全不管售后, 是否可以要求退款呢? 如果没有法律约束, 现在的软件售后质量是否是全凭开发者/厂商自觉?
