[Android] 三星手机台版的三星账户最近弹出国行信息收集条款了

我注册的是海外账号，手机和系统是台版的。也就是最近老是弹出来要同意收集个人信息收集条款，才能进入三星账户页面。需要每次拔卡，清除数据才能登录进入。三星账户什么时候也开始跟三星商店一样，根据 SIM 卡自动变区域了
