[职场话题] 最近公司工资延迟发放，各位大哥们目前工资发放正常吗，是不是该准备卷铺盖了

  1. 前年一线城市回到某国内知名没落二线，现在每个月工资还是发的就是延迟个一周左右
  2. 部门今年裁了几个了，还有不到三十人
  3. 作为单细胞打工仔，个人工作是不太饱和的，这半年自己瞎看了很多，rust ，go 之类的，但是没有项目，自己感觉看了和没看一样
  4. 要跑路吗,还是趁机会学点 java 或者其他的？（不期待卷 java ，只是说不像大城市，岗位上 java 招的太多了，目前 c++干了几年了，会 c#,py,nodejs,lua
  5. 大哥们那里也有工资延迟发的情况吗
