[Windows] Microsoft Store 无法更新 app，求问解决方法

Microsoft Store 里下载了很多 app ，包括 Windows Terminal 等开发常用的 app 。
之前 Microsoft Store 的下载和更新都是正常的，但最近发现无法更新了，一直显示准备中、正在下载等

Google 了很多次，尝试将代理更改为 HK 、Singapore 、UK 等，也尝试过 Wsreset.exe 等清除缓存的操作，但仍然无法恢复。

V 站有老哥有什么排查或者解决的方法，求指教

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
