[程序员] “当浏览器的地址栏激活时自动切换到英文输入法”这个需求该如何解决？

windows 环境，chrome/edge 浏览器
当鼠标点击浏览器地址栏或者快捷键 alt+d 激活地址栏时，不管当前输入法是什么状态，都自动切换到英文输入法
我就想问问这个需求有啥办法解决么
这个问题困扰我好久了，但一直没找到可行的办法
我知道就算中文输入法状态也可以直接按回车，但我不喜欢，因为这样有概率地址栏不会出现自动补全
各位大佬有啥思路么🤣

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
