[职场话题] 那些没有代码经验的人是怎么找到工作的？

从朋友身边听到几个例子，说是大学毕业一点代码都没写也找到工作了。真的假的，有可能吗？

本人这边会 C#,VBS,Ruby,Python 基础语法，Java 学到 SpringBoot+SpringMVC ，Javascript 会基础后续又学了事件监听和 await 等 ES8 新特性，平时在用 Node.js 写一些客户端小脚本，毕设用的 Node.js+前端 Bootstrap 写的 p2p 聊天应用。
找了大半年了，还是没找到工作，毕业时被疫情封在校外没参加校招…现在感觉完全是地狱开局。
