设计岗位 工作八年左右 对本职岗位工作内容熟悉并可以从容应对，但大多属于商业设计无法更深层次的探索设计层面多数是机械式的输出。 自己本身想更进一步提升专业能力；看到的选择就是出国继续学习，或者考虑转岗产品经理去探索产品定义阶段 出国要做好花光积蓄的准备，学完回国不一定比当下薪资高 因为性别女 大龄 工作机会也不确定 继续探索产品经理 会越来越偏离设计本身，自己当下还是不确定这个选择是否会让以后的我痛苦 个人情况，30 岁 不婚不育 无车无房无养老压力
